At Total CNC we use the latest Milling Machines and Lathes to provide the highest quality of work to our customers. With our continuous investment into the latest technologies we aim to produce only the best and most accurate machined parts. With multiple years of experience in Engineering and Manufacturing and using the latest CAD/CAM packages we are able to offer a range of different materials including Aluminium, steels, stainless and different plastics.

Dedicated Inspection Room

Our inspection department at Total CNC ensures all our components going through our production leave site at the highest quality and to meet any customers needs. All inspection and measuring equipment is calibrated to meet correct standards, we take a lot of care and consideration in the process of signing off components to make sure we exceed expectations.

Fabrication

Our Fabrication section specialises in using MIG welding technology on mild steels. We have completed projects ranging from 1 off at home garage workbenches to multiple industrial workbenches, outside railings, gates and even trailers so there is no job too big or small here at Total CNC.
